He went through my list of concerns item by item, invited my thoughts and responses to his recommendations, and collaboratively developed a plan with me. Making an appointment and completing paperwork in the online portal was easy. I had to call the office once and was very pleased with the warmth and friendly attitude of the staff. Overall I am impressed with my experience of the Sharp health system and with Dr. Sacks.
