        My son is sick with a respiratory illness, and Sharp was able to see him on pretty short notice. They send 3 prescriptions via fax to our pharmacy, 1 of the prescriptions was illegible. The pharmacy was unable to get through to them over the phone to clarify. I waited on hold for 30 minutes to get to the first person, it ultimately took me over an hour on the phone to get them to call the pharmacy and correct their mistake. The woman on the phone told me that their phones are busy on Mondays - I'll ask my son to pick a different day of the week next time. A doctor's office that cannot correctly send over prescriptions and cannot be bothered to pick up their phone to correct their mistakes cannot possibly meet your needs.

        I went to get my COVID vaccine, and the nurse Debby was so nice! She did such a great job and the poke barely hurt. Definitely coming back whenever I need a Flu/Covid vaccine! Thank you, Debby!
