        Dr. Matsumoto is great, but I can't see him because the front desk routinely gives misinformation and incorrect insurance feedback. Multiple times I've gotten completely false information on my new insurance being accepted, only for them to call less than 24 hours before my appointment to tell me it isn't. And then continue to give completely incorrect and ignorant information about how insurance works. No compassion, just a "oh well maybe go figure it out yourself." Put some people who actually know what they're doing in your front offices, please.
