The staff is super nice. They help out a lot and are there for you when you need them. They were able to accommodate me in many cases. Parking spots are small, but not a big deal. I am grateful to have a designated space to park. That's way better than on the street. The place is good for what you are paying for in rent. It is furnished and all amenities are paid for by them. This includes water, electricity, wifi, and they provide a T.V with Roku on it. My only problems are that the residents can be horrible. Idk, but I feel that residents smoke and invite homeless from the outside in somehow. They slam their doors and can be loud at night. Also, I'm on the first floor so outside my window the homeless are camping out and the only thing separating is a fence.  This is very concerning for me because I feel that they can jump over the fence. Also, it's just a plain view nuisance along side the sounds of the freeway. I would say my biggest issue is the refrigerator. The refrigerator is so bad that you can't store food because it won't cool it down. Also ice literally flows out of the freezer. When I brought it up to management they told me not to store a lot of food in it and to blow dry to melt the ice. I had to buy my own refrigerator as a result. Also, the smell of smoke reaks, and some bugs in sight. That's ridiculous I shouldn't have to do that if I'm paying over a thousand for this place. However, it is by a lot of good bars and clubs. I would rate this place 2 out of 5 just for that.
