The best option for quick, reliable testing. Everyone else we called (more than 5 other companies) wanted to come take their own sample to test. It was going to be $500+ and take multiple days. We already had a sample and we're able to drop it off to Patriot that afternoon with test results that evening for $70. They were also very helpful in answering our questions.

These folks were great! They were able to schedule, arrive and collect samples within 3 hours and we received the results the next day. Their communication was top notch; they were super responsive and respectful of our concerns about potential asbestos. The report is easy to read and share with other pros who need it. I'd definitely work with Patriot again.

We needed an asbestos survey and clearance certificate prior to having our attic ductwork renewed. I called around looked at the reviews and called.They set up an appointment for the next morning. The tech arrived on time   and went into the attic. He was in a decaled with company logo car.He came out about a half hour later and told us we were asbestos free and didn't need to do anything else. He said he would send a certificate of condition  and  notify the heating company doing the installation. The gentleman who answered the phone  made the appointment  quoted me a price, answered a slew of questions  regarding if additional testing or lab work was necessary.We were satisfied and got a slightly better price than the competition. What we got was great honest service with a smile. Recommended!!
