I have never worked for a company where trying to get your credentials , verification of employment , verification of hours . Trying to get anything out of this company after leaving is seriously impossible , I just needed my work hours verified for another license its been a month and Im still fighting to get my hours verified , waiting with house boxed up and this company is seriously holding me up causing me financial strain . Buyers be aware!!!!!! I would never work for this company again , they seriously dont care about you.

This agency has done an awful job. They owe me three referral bonuses for referring three rns who all took contracts with them. They guaranteed multiple times that I would get all three. I myself signed on for two contracts and they were both cancelled last minute. Then i find out they are not paying me two of my referral bonuses. When my two referrals only reason they knew about certain contracts because i referred them to my recruiter. Theyre stating because they filled out an application a year ago EVEN THOUGH THEY NEVER TOOK A CONTRACT, I dont get my referral bonuses. I have made this company thousands and they are not paying me what I am owed. And then two contracts were cancelled?!
As a rn their dishonesty and lack of following up and following through is beyond ridiculous. I would never take a contract with them. They will guarantee you things multiple times but theyll never do what they say. Theyll keep all the profit to themselves. Ive wasted so much time and energy on this agency. It makes ZERO sense for them to withhold my referral bonuses. These referrals never took a contract with them before.
They have continued to tell me I am not owed these referral bonuses when these nurses have never been referred to before. Ill be taking this to the BBB as well.
