There were only about ten or less positions posted for all of San Diego. Went into an office and met with staff, which was nice; however, staff told me they can't really help as they don't have close relationships with the employer accounts they have and to apply online. I said in general I have been, never hear back, and it seems like the recruiting agencies are leaving vacancy posts up without having an actual opening so they can collect job seeker's information and fill some internal quota - the Talentzok employee did not deny this. Entirety confused why I would use a recruiter if they don't have close relationships, aren't going to promote your and not going to do any work on your behalf...

Michael Brooke was fantastic through each step of the process. I couldnt ask for a better recruiter or a better company to work with. Hunter is completely unprofessional. He didnt not notify me whether I got accepted or not . Also the company is weird. They got hostile work environment from what I noticed. Everyone there seems to be exhausted from work load. Dont waste your time coming here for interviews because they hire someone who they know or got connections with .

Initially I was looking and applying for jobs on LinkedIn and did not realize the importance of recruiters. During that period, Kate Brace from Simply Biotec approached me on LinkedIn and introduced me to the company I work at currently.
Undoubtedly I can say, they know how to do their job. I was asked some questions about my preferences, I was explained the job description and also asked questions about what kind of benefits I am looking for! (which I think is pretty nice considering that is also an important factor to consider when job hunting) Kate was always available to answer any and all questions, she checked in with me at all times of the process and she also asked questions throughout the process like - if there was something I would want the hiring manager to know but sometimes it can be difficult to relay it as a candidate so my recruiter was my bridge :D
