Worst agency I've ever worked with. Had a scheduled interview. Waited for the call. Never came in. Tried calling person directly several times no answer and left voicemails. Called office no answer left voice mail. Sent emails to ask what happened. Never received any information back. Do not recommend very unprofessional. Still have not received call back.

I want to start this off by saying I am a combat veteran, This along with telecare has been one of the most shadiest and inconsistent places I've ever worked. I understand that I was a temp, but the turnover rate is the most disastrous I've ever seen for a company. The people were nice, but that was also the issue, as most conversations were not genuine. Maddox is a company I would never trust again and I recommend any veteran looking in their direction decides to go a different direction. This is not a place you want to associate your time with.

Honestly, I have nothing but great things to say about Medix. They are on it if YOU are on it! Medix is a tool to assist you in your career path, you make the decision, they will support you. I appreciate what the entire Team at Medix has done for me. They are driven just as I am driven. They have walked me through every step of the way. Jeff and his staff is amazing.
