I have been looking for a job for so long and was quiet happy to find one very close to my career choice field. My agent is Alicia and she has been great with assisting me and is very responsive. I would recommend them to any one trying to get back to work.

What is the point of using a staffing agency when none of the workers even bother to reply to emails? I have applied for multiple jobs over the past few months but I never get a response. I highly recommend you go somewhere else.

I had just moved here back in August transferring with my job already, things happened and the store I was working with ended up closing earlier than expected. I was job searching like crazy and then found Ajilon on LinkedIn. The next morning, I received a call from Nicolette. She is very easy going, awesome to talk to, and an overall sweet person. She helped get me on an assignment right away and it was an awesome match! If youre having trouble finding the right job, I highly recommend this company.

My experience with Morgan Towner was limited and responsive at first. We had a meeting to discuss my focus as well as my expectations for a company to hire me. I was asked to provide an updated copy of my resume which is absolutely appropriate of course. After that I was told that the resume would be formatted differently and for me to add a little bit more experience which I returned in email form to Morgan. I gave my availabilities and was told that there are plenty of positions to keep me busy until I am found a permanent position. 2 weeks later I have not had so much as a call email or communication from Morgan. I emailed this morning and indicated that I have not heard anything back to which Morgan replied that my resume needed to be formatted differently which she indicated she was going to do when we first talked two weeks ago. It is extremely disappointing to find a company whose sole purpose is to find people positions or temporary work whatever the case may be, and to not follow through on the action plan they propose. The temp company makes a lot of money of job seekers especially since they're getting paid quite a bit more than what we are getting paid. I am not sure if every recruiter at this company is lax, for a company whose sole purpose is this industry I expect more from recruiters. Thank you for your time
