Has anyone else scheduled numerous phone interviews with this company and they've never once called you? Because I can't be the only one, that is very disrespectful of our valuable time

I've used them four times over the last 8 years to help with big parties. The first year was fine. The second time we had one staff member just stand around and text on his phone. The third time we had a very rude bartender; my guests made a point to come tell me. This last time was the worst; we had only a 25% success rate on the staff. I had 1 lead, 2 helpers, and a bartender. I had no problem with one of the 4 staff members. I went over everything with the lead for an hour before the other helpers arrived. She didn't follow my instructions to ensure appetizer dishes, self-serve drinks, and utensils were kept full; didn't respond to my request to address trash on the deck; didn't help keep the bar stocked, etc. etc. Everytime I walked into the kitchen, they were standing around chatting. I had to tell them what to go do. The bartender put out a tip jar at my private event! I had instructed the lead in advance that this was not acceptable. I cut their support short since I was just paying for them to talk. The lead then questioned my tips to my husband first and then interrupted us on the dance floor. Incredible! The bartender stayed a half an hour longer and then couldn't get a ride home. She wanted me to identify a guest to take her home. Absurd! I don't know what the bartender was using for mixers and beer since 90% of them were still where they were backstocked, ready to be used at the outdoor kitchen bar. My fear is that my guests didn't get what they wanted. My husband and I spent 2 hours after the last guest left cleaning up trash because the staff didn't. My conclusion is that the staff aren't trained at all and don't have a very good work ethic. They were very unprofessional. I left nothing to chance on what was expected by writing it all down and going over it with the lead. This experience was beyond anything I could have imagined. I won't use them again.

No real variety of positions or locations, so be prepared to commute if you are employee of this temp agency.
