        Joke of a recruiting agency. It's a mom and pop shop who have no best practice in place and it shows. I was totally ghosted by Julian. Nothing he told me in our 30-45 minute discussion came true. Do yourself a favor and work with an agency who values your time, your skillset, and your employment status.

        I met Julian Hicks via LinkedIn as well. At the beginning, I was very skeptical because recruiting companies usually ask for your updated resume the first time and then disappear, however, Smart Staff proved the opposite. They really help you out with tips and advice to get the job according to your skill (and thanks to this I got hired).
