Leticia is the BEST! So helpful, thorough and will walk you through everything step-by-step! I was stuck with a slim deadline to get in compliance with the State for an elevator at a property I manage. I am new to the process/ filling out paper work. Leticia guided me through everything, and even followed up with the State to confirm everything was good and received. She helped us avoid a $700 fine. She truly cares, and it shows through her hard work! :)

Came out on a Sunday, expensive which is expected but fixed it in like 15 minutes. ADA building so it had to be fixed asap.
