Went for a simple and straightforward hair removal inquiry but sedera was so confrontational and unpleasant to deal with that I cant recommend this place to anyone for any reason. Customer service is of zero concern to the wellness center if they let sedera be the first person you interact with. Not only did she blame everything and everyone for her not being able to use their own system, but she failed to tell me my insurance wasnt accepted for several months. If you have no other options, dont mind being treated like dog$h!t and waiting several months for a reply, then this place is better than nothing. If you feel that people should be competent, polite and professional then avoid the headaches and wasted time by going through your insurance instead. Id rather go to a regular clinic and risk accidentally being called sir over the phone than go to this clinic and DEFINITELY have to deal with an inept and hateful person

Electrolysis takes time but it's worth it. All the staff are polite and treat me like one of the family.

I love this place! I remember being told about Electrolysis by Naya Velazco. She she let me know it was permanent hair removal at a Trans organization. Upon entering I was treated with so much respect & acknowledgement. My electrologist Ariel played a major role in my transition. Her worked aided in my gender dysphoria & I will always praise her for it. Her work is gentle & calming to the touch. Electrolysis isnt an easy process but Ariel helped bring down any anxiety. Ariel is very knowledgeable, personable, & treats her job with the most respect. I was also treated by another Electrologist Celesta, she is amazing! Her work is precise, error free & meticulous. Her consultation helped me understand electrolysis on a whole different level. She is talented & very much knowledgeable. Celesta has a way of being professional but making treatment fun. They also provide laser services with Laurie. She is the Nurse at this location and she is super friendly & honestly, she brings the wellness to the wellness center. Overall, this experience has been life changing. Thank you Thomi Clinton (Owner) for the Trans Health & Wellness Center. (FYI: Electrolysis is a very long & slow process so dont expect overnight results)
