Massella Electric did an absolutely outstanding job. There were some interesting complications which they were able to maneuver through very effectively everything they did was done with precision and care and quality. I highly recommend them.

I used Aaron and his team to blank out an outlet in a mirror and pull wire to a new outlet location nearby. Aaron was very responsive over emails and he had someone come out and get the job done a couple days later Services: Remodeling, Electrical outlet & switch installation

LOOK AT ANOTHER ELECTRICIAN ***He acts like he is doing you a favor vs you paying him. Very Hard to communicate with you might go a few days with no word , he was no show with no updates on the day he said i will try to make it . Dont hire this clown company. Worst kind of customer service there is. When he did do work i quoteIm out for the day gotta keep it moving without asking the customer if there was any more issues I can help you with or look at for you. when I though their was more work to do . It then takes another month and he says I might make it out there today , with no updates or communication and then a No Show. Huge waste of time talking to him and ever hiring them. Look at this review and go elsewhere and give your money to someone who can at least tell you when they will show up .

This guy is such a joke i had to renew my review. We have now had to completely redo an entire house because of his lack of knowledge. The building inspector took Massella's information down to let other inspectors know. From the beginning Aaron was difficult to talk to. His narcissism was astounding. His customer service was non existent. It was like he was doing us a favor. Aaron and his crew cut every corner possible. Their work cost me and my company thousands of dollars to fix. This was the case on multiple houses. He failed to hook up one entire side of a house. I have been in this industry for more than 30 years and have never seen such poor workmanship, insane sense of self worth and condescension. STAY away and hire an electrician with morals, skills and scruples.
