Docupop was vigilant with my documentation. They made sure I renewed on time, kept me updated on changes, and made sure my documentation was filed on time. I couldn't have tracked my paperwork as well as they did nor could I have done it without them. GREAT JOB DOCUPOP!!

SLS is the best. They allowed me to be worry free when it came to my student loan. At one point, a colleague of mine convinced me that I was wasting money paying for SLS to do paperwork that I could do on my own, and I discontinued their service. The next year, federal law about paperwork changed. It was very complex. I called SLS and asked how much I would have to pay to reinstate my account, and they started my account back up as if it had never been interrupted. But was such a blessing to have one of their reps let me know when it was time for me to renew yearly. All I had to do was provide them with a couple of routine documents, and they did the rest. When loan forgiveness started, I merely inquired as to whether I was eligible. A few months later, I got an email that my loan debt was forgiven. I thought it was a scam until I called SLS and found that they had made that happen for me. I didnt even know they were working on it. The start up fee was a little costly for me, but I paid it out in whatever amount I could afford. After that, my monthly fee was only $39. The agents at SLS are friendly and genuinely made me feel valued and heard. I cant say enough good things. I highly recommend their services.
