    I have now had Zebit and used Zebits services for almost 5 plus years. I compared them to the old Finger hut magazines and went with Zebit. Here are some of the reasons Ive rated them so highly for one the prices arent really much higher. I believe they are competitively priced based an a few factors including the interest rate on a credit card for the same purchase. I use Zebit because I like the way its set up and the payment schedules. They are flexible, I have been late once but always go in and make my payment I have never had an issue. I like Zebit because I dont like to use credit. Zebit for some reason helps me be a little more responsible and helps me make larger purchases without having pristine credit. It reminds me of the layaways in the 90s of Walmart, Kmart and Roses but you get your products. Another thing you can pay more down, payoff as you please and that gives you just another level of flexibility. My most recent purchase was a Samsung smart tv that I just paid off. My previous tv just gave out. I didnt want to get a overly cheap tv and not be satisfied and I didnt have a 1000.00 for one and that is where Zebit shines. Zebit has also kept me in new cell phones and that saves me money on phone contracts. There are so many positives. I know each experience is different but in my 5 plus years now of being a customer I can honestly say I have not had any issues . I recommend Zebit to anyone with less than perfect credit. You may not start with a large balance you can use but as long as you pay your balances off and on time youre available credit will increase and mine has substantially. As I move to California I intend to use Zebit for future purchases as well.

    Worst customer service ever, they froze my account for no reason & my payments were made on time and THE PAYMENTS WERE NOT EVEN DUE YET & ALL THEY are going to do is comment under this post telling me to email them when i have done that 3 times already still with no answer back & christmas is in a week. I will take this issue to court if I do not get a response asap. THESE APPS BE SCAMMERS!

    If you buy here pray you dont run into any issues, because they have no customer service whatsoever. I put in an order 10 days ago and they have not shipped the product yet. Their phone number is directly stated to not be used for customers and if you try to use it you have to leave a message anyway. The only way to contact them is via email to which you get a response saying our normal turn around is 2-3 business days to reply to your email, but due to a high volume of orders it may be longer. It doesn't appear that chat is enabled for your business.

    If i could give zero stars i would. I have spent a lot of money with this company. I had some theft occur so my last 3 or 4 payments were late. Over the course of 6 years i was rarely late but that doesn't matter i guess. Then i pay off my account in full and they froze it at first, i ask why and they say my payment history. Then i ask if i can re-establish i get im sorry the account is closed. Worst customer service i ever had!!! Like they don't even care.

    I purchased two gift cards for my cruise they took my deposit I thought gift cards come within 24 hours after processing it after approval not processing which can take even longer so by the time I get them my cruise will be paid for such a rip off.. You have to wait on three different emails with different time frames so you wont receive them quickly like it says False advertisement
