Martinizing Dry Cleaning

This place is well worth any little bit extra you have to spend. Less than 24-hours turn around. Every other place nearby has told me a minimum of 5 days for dry cleaning. Great service and friendly staff. Awesome hours as well! They open at 6:30AM!

GET PRICE QUOTE WHEN DROPPING OFF CLEANING. Called to ask price and was told $34 for queen comforter. Showed the woman at the counter the tags and asked her what the price is for standard full. Same price. She looked at computer and told me it was $31 and ready on Saturday. Went back to pick it up and was told, by the owner Simon, that the price is $46. Told him that I was quoted $31. He said "I don't see that on the slip." We went round and round. He was so angry that he was shaking. I suggested that he speak to his worker to write down quoted price so customer gets the correct pricing. I was told to please not come back. Fair enough as I don't like to give business to companies that bait and switch.

I have been a customer for years and have tolerated periodic disrespect from the owner Simon, all in the interest of next day service, but have finally had enough! I even foolishly switched to his other location on Jackson, Fairlane cleaners to avoid him, but to no avail! The night before my cruise, I wanted to pack my favorite pair of pants but they had a huge stain on the back. However, there was no stain ticket on the hanger. When I got back from my cruise, I dropped off $140 worth of clothing and brought the pants to have redone. He told me he tried his best to get the stain out and couldnt do it. I said how could that be because there was no stain ticket on the pants and asked for my money back. He told me not only would he give me my money back, but he didnt want me as a customer anymore. Who does that after the amount of money Ive spent there over the years, plus he didnt put a stain ticket on the pants! Just not good business. Additionally, back in the summer, my boyfriend was missing a pair of pants. I went to them and asked if they could look for the pants. They insisted they didnt have them. Earlier, a couple of months before, they had split our accounts one in my name, one in his name. I suggested they look under both our names for the pants. Low and behold there were his pants. However, Simon told me he didnt want my boyfriends business anymore as though my suggesting to look under both accounts was a bad thing. Dont go here because this man does not know what good customer service is all about. Save yourself a trip. Theres lots of good cleaners in the area. you may have to wait an extra day, but its worth it. In fact, Ive already found one Dry, clean 4 less. The nicest people and reasonable prices. Check it out

DO NOT GO there you will waste your time, your money, and your cloths. I took my expensive suit there to be cleaned, and I received it back totally burned and damaged the owner didnt do anything about it. Had to run look for something else to attend the party. Do not go you will loose your cloths and end up with nothing to wear. Service: Alterations
