Literally called 30 mins BEFORE CLOSE just to ask about availability for next month and someone picks up the phone and hangs up immediately. Already can tell there is some low class staff working there. No thanks.

WARNING: I cannot recommend against this place enough - do not go here. AVOID AHF! Upon coming here, you will get the feeling that they care about you and that their services are free/discounted; this initial feeling could not be more wrong. I went here simply to change providers for my prep, and after one appointment, 6 months ago, Im still getting tons of bills from them, the lab they use, etc. with no explanation from AHF. During the appt., they straight up lied to me, telling me I probably wouldnt receive a single bill. THIS ORGANIZATION LIES AND INTENTIONALLY MISLEADS IN THE NAME OF GREED. Should you start to question all of the bills which will no doubt arrive in time, youll see that the customer service is absolutely horrendous, if they ever get back to you. Save yourself time, sanity, and a LOT of money - go anywhere else.

Got there at 10 on a Thursday to get STD tested. Testing was free and I was out in 20 minutes. Results were fast and available Saturday morning.
