I struggled decreasing my blood sugar for years with Type 2 diabetes. I knew just taking the same meds I had for years wasnt working. I had always heard about functional medicine and decided to take my health into my own hands and give it a try. It was THE BEST DECISION I could have made. My A1C went from 9.8 to a 6 in 4 months! That had not happened in years on my meds. I got rid of so much inflammation and so many other health benefits came from the AFM program. The best part is being able to continue my health journey on my own with all the tools AFM has given me. And I know they are only a phone call away if I need them.

Too many good things to say about AFM to fit on this review BUT, I initially came because I was having bad feet pain, was seeing a PT & it just wasnt getting better. Two weeks into the cleanse and program my symptoms disappearedit was all due to inflammation and was cured by diet and supplements! They get to the ROOT of whats going on, and dont just address the symptom! Cannot say enough great things about them, my mental clarity has skyrocketed, energy, mood. Everything has gotten better! This program healed my leaky gut and helped me fix what years of stress had done to my body. I was able to clear up what I was told were food allergies by fixing digestive issues I didn't even realize I had. I had so much anxiety and stress over these "allergies" but finding and fixing the true cause gave me my old self back. I am sleeping better than I have in years and have more energy, too. They also got to the root of years of sinus infections and I don't need daily allergy meds and nasal sprays anymore. I highly, highly recommend Advanced Functional Medicine.

I've been struggling with digestive issues(IBS-D) for the past five years and it has impacted my life significantly. My quality of life was not so good and it was even harder because Im only 19 years old and it seemed like being sick was just how my life was going to be. I had tried everything, and AFM was my last hope. When I started the program, the diet was strict, but over the past five months, I've become used to it, thankfully. My digestive issues are getting better every day, and with this, I just had to keep telling myself it's a process. Healing doesn't happen overnight, and for me, it took months. I'm still on my healing journey, but I find my bowel movements becoming more regular, which is honestly a miracle for me because I never thought I would be able to live a normal life. Thank you afm!
