I absolutely recommend Yvonne Rizzo for family legal services!! With an already burdening schedule, I was in and out of court with my children's mother consistently. Repeated motions for ridiculousness. My attempt was to be reasonable. However, after a completely false narrative and even a restraining order I felt as the court would believe anything they were told. After contacting Yvonne, I was not only relieved to have her caring and professional legal services on my side, I was impressed by the ability to finally be stress free and focus on my schedule, knowing I had yet another court date. I am thankful for the time, effort, and concern Yvonne put into my case. After a complete success in court, I cannot thank Yvonne enough. I highly recommend Yvonne Rizzo Family Law Attorney to anyone not being treated fairly in the courtroom and in need of Legal Representation. I have been going through family law for a year now with 9 months of no legal representation. Eventhough I was no threat to my child and the mother is an alcoholic with prior DUI's just got arrested for a DUI, the court granted her full sole and physical custody and for me 10% visitation with 0% sole legal or physical custody. For the first 9 months I was constantly getting mistreated in the courtroom eventhough there were hard evidence of proof and proof of lies against the opposing party due to a bias judge. Out of the 9 months the mother of my child withheld my daughter from me for 5 months. During the 5 months I filed 3 ex-parte hearings due to visitation violation of court orders and safety concerns with proof and still got dismissed, 1 hearing was cancelled and not even heard by the judge stating it's " Not an emergency". Since i hired Atty. Rizzo, not only was I able to be heard without being turned away but she was able to get me visitations with my daughter again after 5 months but with more time and days with overnights too. I now have 35% visitation with 4-5 days every week with my daughter and looks to get better from here on. Thank you Mrs. Rizzo.

BEST ATTORNEY . I had a very difficult case, where no matter who I hired my voice was not being heard. I would go months with out seeing my daughter, due to false allegations or just because mom wanted it that way. She is the only attorney that I had, that has truly put not just my needs, but my family's needs first. She has an outstanding work ethic, professionalism, and is courteous. To show the broadness of her expertise, just the tip of the iceberg, my case involved CWS, child abuse allegations, child sexual abuse allegations, SART exams, forensic interviews, minor’s council, legal/custody battle, attorney fess, child support, and court assigned child’s therapist. All in which she guided and advised me in. Before Yvonne, I was lost, confused and ready to give up. I had been battling my daughter’s mom since 2013 over the same issues, in pro per and represented, but to no avail. The truth was not coming to light. Yvonne's ability to maintain constant communication and follow up whenever I had any questions lets me know that she values her client’s well-being as she understands the stress we go through. Without her council, I know I still would not see my daughter consistently, if not at all, but more importantly my daughter’s well being and needs would not have been met. She understands this is not just a case, but her client's life that she fights for. Having Yvonne represent me was the best thing that has not only happen to me, but probably the best thing that has happened for my 5 year old daughter. Now she can finally be a kid and enjoy herself.
