Dhir Dentistry

I have been going to Dr. Dhir for years along with my family. Everyone there is friendly, warm, and professional. Recently I needed a crown and was concerned/scared since I have never needed one. Dr. Dhir was amazing each step of the way. He took time to hear my concerns and walked me through the procedure while frequently checking in to make sure I was doing ok. I have had zero problems with my crown and feel confident in his expertise. I would highly recommend Dhir Dentists. I am beyond satisfied with their service.

I had one appointment at this clinic so far. It was for a 1 hour examination, which was required for my as I was a new patient. And 1 hour after that w hygienist for tooth cleaning. Dr Dhir examined my teeth very carefully and gave me suggestions how to improve my dental care routine, which I very much appreciate. I had a lot of tooth staining, and doctor explained to me what type of mouth wash and toothbrush is best to use to prevent those. Also, I brought up a tooth which recently had root canal, and is being sensitive. He examined that tooth carefully too. Tammy at front desk also was very helpful checking the details of my insurance coverage, and explaining to me how I'd be billed if I continue w treatment options. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars at this point is that the hygienist did not do the scaling of all my teeth, and she mentioned it's because my dental examination w Dr Dhir took 30 minutes longer that they planned and she had another patient right after, so she suggested to schedule another 30minutes to finish the cleaning, or go w deep cleaning option that she recommended. When I tried to schedule the next 30minutes for the regular cleaning, I was told it'll be billed separately, as a 2nd tooth cleaning, to my insurance, and that it was on me, since I had too many questions asked during the examination w Dr Dhir, which I'd argue, since initial examinations as new patients are always likely to take a long time. I wish they were more accommodating, or at least more upfront about this, and had let me know, that they'd charge by hour, not by the work done. In the future, I'd make sure not to make two back to back appointments to avoid this. I hope this helps other patients too, to ask these questions upfront, as well, since it was my first time to face this type of issue.

Untrustworthy dentist. I went here about 6-7 years ago and was told I had 7 cavities. I decided to get 3 of them filled. I have been to multiple different dentists in the last 7 years and have yet to have a single cavity, so the other 4 cavities I never got taken care of must have magically disappeared on their own...

I love going to Dr. DHIR Dentistry Everyoneis who works here is so kind and caring. I recently bought Invisalign aligners to fix my crossbite. I was told I had to break my jaw and wire it shut to fix the issue.. Dr. Dhir, staff, and Invisalighn are fixing everything! I highly recommend their office.
