I am very sorry to have to share such a bad review, but I believe that the public needs to know the serious problems with this practice. First, it is incredibly poorly managed. There are long wait times with no explanation, and the staff are loudly gossiping in the halls without attending to patients. While I was waiting to be seen, I heard the receptionists call multiple people and ask them to come into their appointments an hour late without any remorse, as if this is just standard business practice. I had two hours set aside for my appointment, and ended up leaving an hour and a half in because I hadnt had an exam or cleaning yet, as was scheduled. Because they were running so behind on Xrays, Dr. Wu checked my gum pockets ahead of the exam. Ive never had issues with my pockets before but lo and behold I was told that my pockets were in poor condition and I would need a deep cleaning, which, from reading the dozens of reviews of this place, I trust is their go-to move to scam you and make more money.
The X-ray tech saw multiple patients whose appointments were after mine before me. While to his credit he apologized for the mistake, there was no effort to then make sure the rest of my appointment was speedy. Also, while some might no longer care about this, the X-ray tech had his mask pulled down while he was very close to my face. I live with an immunocompromised person and still wear my mask when indoors around strangers. Of course, I had to remove it for the X-rays and felt completely unsafe with that technician. To see that Kensington Dental Group does not care if its staff wears masks to protect patients was the final straw for me. I would advise that you stay far away from this practice. Trust the bad reviews, they are there for a reason.

Ive been going here for about three years and this dental practice is incredibly friendly, accommodating and flexible. Hassan is a fantastic hygienist, Dr. Le always takes his time to review everything with me and is very gentle and Jennifer & Luis (past and current office managers) are great at dealing with insurance and scheduling.

I had been in search for a dentist for some time, my previous dentist stopped taking my insurance. Couldnt be happier with Kensington Dental! Staff is super friendly, they make sure all your questions are answered. And today when I called due to a cracked filling that fell out, they fit me in that day.

I have been getting my dental care for years at this location. The 6-month cleaning routine was smooth sailing procedure. Tha dental assistant, Hasan who did the dental cleaning was knowledgeable with extra care. My overall experience was a great experience. The staffs at the front counter were friendly and very accommodating.
Thank you staffs and dentists at Kensington Dental!!!
