My coworker recommended this clinic to me after I had a few unpleasant experiences with dentists. I can confidently say that switching my dental care to this clinic was one of the best decisions I've ever made. Dr. Preston and the entire staff greet you with warm smiles and create a welcoming atmosphere in the clinic, and immediately make you feel you are in good hands. Dr. Preston not only listens your concerns but also explains the proposed treatment plan very clearly. He takes the time to explain each step of the process, and severity of my each individual cavities patiently. It's a rare experience for me to feel so assured and in good hands when talking to a doctor/dentist. Finally I felt that my health is the priority for the clinic, and not maximizing the treatment plan and insurance limit. After a long search for good dental care, I'm incredibly pleased to have found a doctor and clinic I can wholeheartedly trust.

Each staff member seems happy to be there & greets you by name with a smile. Dr. Preston has gone over & above in dealing with my situation, with patience, grace, & good humor.

This dentist was recommended to me, and I'm glad I made the switch to this dental practice. FYI: Parking can be confusing...park in the plaza medical garage. Then, go to Kona Coffee Co. to validate your ticket for 2 hours. Make sure to give yourself plenty of time to figure it out if you're coming for your first appointment.

I've had a great experience with Dr. Val and Dr. Preston. Their team is professional. Their office is in a hospital grade building. I am picky about my dental care. I love that they will refer out when they realize a dental situation is beyond their scope. I came to them when two crowns were hurting after a year. Dr. Val was able to work on the crown and get the bit perfect and allieviated all my pain. That was after two other dentists tried unsuccessfully.
