Andaaz Bollywood Dance Academy is the best academy in San Diego. I have been living in San Diego for past 3 years and I love dancing. I tried other academies as well around the area but when I got to know about Andaaz and attended their workshop, there was no looking back. I attended their workshops every week and it was always fun. Kinjal and Pranay are fun to be around and love what they do. They will make you comfortable whether you are beginner or advanced, they will make sure that you are enjoying and learning at the same time. They teach all age groups as well. Eagerly waiting for them to start their workshop again.

Had the pleasure of working with Pranay on a dance for my cousins wedding. He proved that you CAN teach someone with two left feet a dance routine. Can't say more about how impressed I was of his ability to dumb down moves or explain them in digestible ways. Andaaz was more focused on teaching me instead of extracting money from me. I really appreciated that about them.

Andaaz is such a great dance company with people who strive to bring authentic dance form from each region in India along with pizazz from western dance. The choreographers go out of their way to other workshops to improve their technique and teach in their classroom and to their troupe. Theres variety of services offered for a variety of experience and ages, its really for everyone and theyre genuinely great people to work with and befriend beyond the dance studio. The prices are also unbeatable which is an added plus! Definitely check out their YouTube channel and videos.

My husband and I hired Team Andaaz to perform at our wedding. A little background: we had spent 6-7 months searching for the right performers and we didnt have any luck. Andaaz were the only ones who communicated in a timely manner, were professional in every single interaction, and were accommodating with our special requests (wedding appropriate songs, Tamil songs, etc) They choreographed a special dance with our favorite Tamil song (chellama) per our request. They did four interactive dances with our wedding guests - the dance floor was full and it truly was the highlight of our celebration. We couldnt stop talking about how it was our favorite part and how we would hire them again. They were decently priced and provided non- stop entertainment for us and our guests.
