Law Office of George Gedulin

Writing this review from my moms google account. I HIGHLY recommend going with George Gedulin if you are in need of a lawyer. I received very harsh charges that were not deserved in my opinion. I spoke with a few lawyers and they said I would have to face harsh punishment. Thankfully I found George and he saved me! George understood the situation right away and helped through the whole process. I highly recommend using George Gedulin if you are ever in need of a lawyer.

My case was very complicated. Out of state - NV CCW - with a fireman at the San Diego airport. It was brought from NV on a trip to visit a relative via a rental car. I flew out of the airport (the same day) forgetting the (LEGAL IN NV) firearm was in my bag. I was was charged with two misdemeanors. I was scared, since this was at the airport in California. Any other state would have probably been a little more lenient. I flew home that night, searched the internet for San Diego attorneys with this type of experience (gun related). After calling a few attorneys, I didnt get a good feel with them. Georges name came up, I read his reviews which were excellent with background with similar type of cases as mine. He was on top of my call - response time was excellent. Texted and talked with me on the phone. His pay rate was very fair. Excellent in fact. He steered me with the best option to take, diversion. I took his advise. He got my charges dismissed after one year! Very little community service time served. George, I cant recommend and thank you enough HIGHLY RECOMMEND. FIVE STAR LAWYER

This is the team you want on your side. The world is a big place with a lot of people and their own ideals and feelings. Navigating through it can be scary. It is reassuring to have this team, and you will want George representing you. George gets the desired results from a potentially dire, life changing event. The system is not always a just and fair process. Therefore, it would behoove oneself to alleviate these obstacles with the abettance from a person with expertise and knowledge, such as George Gedulin.

Ive withheld my thoughts on this attorney for several months, but as I sit here filling out paperwork to get his errors fixed, it upsets me to the point where I have to say something. The lowest reviews for this firm sadly are incredibly accurate. George Gedulin is unreliable, dishonest, inexperienced, disorganized and not good in court nor with litigation. I had to hire a new attorney and re-file a motion because he screwed up a simple family law hearing so badly. I would strongly caution against hiring George. Additionally I would not believe anything his wife and paralegal Sara says, shes a convincing talker but they didnt deliver on any promises they made. Please do yourself a favor and hire someone else. Going this route will cost heavily in the time and money you will have to spend to get his mistakes corrected. Do it right the first time and save yourself the headache. I wish I had trusted the other honest reviews before I hired him. Also, warning, he appears to have scrubbed his Yelp reviews and paid for them to only reflect five stars. When I first researched him, he definitely had several reviews below 3 stars. If any of the other reviews have you on the fence or youre still unsure about hiring him, I would say, let this be the one that helps you make the decision to not waste your time and money. As a disclaimer, I did have to change my name here for professional reasons, so I fully expect the firm to post a response saying I didnt work with them. For reference, I paid nearly $7,000.00 to this firm to file paperwork and get nothing resolved.
