After just getting my DUI, I decided to be wise and get legal representation. Right off the bat, after deciding to call Mark Deniz, quite quickly into our conversation, I noticed that he was a good listener. As i explained to him why i was contacting him, i could tell that we was quick to listen and did not make me feel like he was busy and never rushed me off the phone. Right away, I felt like I was speaking to an old friend and that meant a lot for me specially just having gone thru being pulled over for DUI. As the process unfolded, he was always very quick to respond to my emails or calls and always kept me in the loop of the process. His diligent responses gave me more than enough confidence in his skills and in him. This helped me to not worry about my case being forgotten. I feel very fortunate to have picked him as I have never done anything like this in the past. He definitely took care of everything. Money well spent. Even weeks after I need help filing some items to the court, he replied within the same day and took care of filing some paperwork and clearing a warrant for me. Being arrested at the end of last summer was the most stressful time I have had in a long time. I felt like there was no hope for me, my case, and that my life and career were over. Luckily I talked to Mark. Initially, I had the feeling that every lawyer was just going to try to sell me on their services, but not Mark. He took a pragmatic approach to my case and reviewed what my case would be like due to the circumstances of my arrest. He told me that if he didn't think I needed a Lawyer, he would let me know. I trusted him and he was right, I definitely needed him. Shortly after intake there was much added complexity that kept popping up throughout the preparation for trial. The case evolved -- like he said it would most likely do. Luckily, Mark was there with me every step of the way. I would not have kept my sanity without him, and eventually he got an amazing offer from the prosecution. If you find yourself in a bad situation I would strongly suggest speaking to Mark. If you make the right choice in hiring him -- my additional advice is to trust him with realistic expectations as he will go to bat for you and perform miracles. He will remind you that you are not alone in this -- even during the quiet part of the case. Mark you and your staff have been amazing and I thank everything your team has done for me.

Mark and his team are reliable, hard working, and did everything they could to make me feel like i really was getting the best help I could. Mark is an honestly comforting guy and someone who was there every step along the way helping me with a situation I had no experience in and was totally scared about.
