My girlfriend and I had a great time making bowls here. Got plenty of instruction and attention from the instructor/owner. Would definitely recommend as a date night.

Very rude on the phone after asking simple questions on what goes into the process. Gave attitude and can tell the owner or whoever was on the phone was not patient at all. I recommend taking your money elsewhere!

HORRIBLE SERVICE, VERY RUDE!! I was called the day before to ask if she could move my class from 4pm to 5pm to avoid a "conflict", I arrived 10 minutes late but called 3 times BEFORE I arrived to make her aware I would be late because of sudden traffic. When I arrived she was in the middle of a class and asked my friend and I to wait "a few minutes". I was confused when I first arrived because she moved my class solely to avoid a conflict between classes but yet there was still an issue. After she asked us to sit down we were COMPLETELY disregarded for 45 MINUTES! I began to get annoyed because our class was for 5pm and even if I was late by 10 minutes, she should have still been able to service us especially not having a "late policy". Once we kindly asked when it would be our turn, the owner rudely said "Well you were late", and my friend respectfully replied saying we tried to call and she then said "Did you call before 5pm" which we did, TWICE. She then said "Well I can't answer the phone while I'm taking care of a class", so then why ask if we called when you didn't even plan on picking up. I do not take disrespect lightly and quite honestly felt embarrassed by how she treated my friend and I in front of the other customers. Would not recommend going here. SAVE YOUR MONEY!! And go somewhere else that will treat you with kindness and respect!! She did not even offer to reschedule us and did not even apologize for not being able to service my friend and I when she had already moved our appt to her own convenience. This owner only cares about her money and could not care less about her customers experience. HORRIBLE!!!UPDATE: Since there is no way to reply to that horrible LIE of the owner. We definitely did not show up OVER 15 minutes late, unfortunate that you need to lie Caroline to cover up for your business. You definitely did NOT offer to reschedule us while we were there and did NOT text me to reschedule. In fact after you told us that you could not answer the phone in the middle of the class you walked away and continued your other class without any regard that YOU messed up with mixing up classes. No, I did not know the exact name of the class because I am not familiar with pottery at all, but I did know I had a class. It is YOUR responsibility to know when you have a class and for what, YOU are the owner, not me... Lie after lie!! And yes we did walk out, who would want to stay in an environment where they feel uncomfortable and disrespected. You should be ashamed and embarrassed for how you treated us and how you can LIE on a customers truthful review, when you could be a well oriented business owner and apologize and OWN UP to your mistakes. We weren't even greeted with kindness when we arrived, not surprised you snapped at us with attitude right before we left. And yes you do have witnesses, that would testify about your rudeness. Do not try to play victim when YOU were the one to push us away..
