When I called in to get clarification the person in the salon told me that I would need to book for a later time. I explained that it was for my baby shower and the time I booked had significance. She started to explain that the stylist I booked with was no longer at the company. I really don't care who blow dries my hair - it was more about having it done at a location close to my house and at the time/date I booked. Now, it is a week before I am supposed to be having the service done and it will be difficult to rebook.
Terrible customer service! You get what you pay (or agree) to pay for I suppose....
