I live in Atlanta Georgia; US and I consider the care from Dr. Castellanos to be the best care I have ever received from any dentist in my 60 years of life. I trust him completely and will continue to travel to his office in Tijuana Mexico for any dental procedures I need going forward. I already have my friends and family going for care. I trust him with my family, and you can trust him too.
As an older man, I have developed a lifelong fear of dentistry and avoided having any care done until it became painfully necessary. I called Dr. Juan Carlos Castellanos after a recommendation from another patient. On the very first day, I realized I was in great hands. He listens to your concerns and follows through with the appropriate level of care. His care is guided by what is best for you and not what is most profitable. You can trust his judgement and if he consults another professional, it is because he trusts that professional to live by his very high standards of care. He painstakingly works to keep patients comfortable and will always stop to address any concerns.
When he exams and develops a dental care plan, he considers your overall health care as it relates to your oral care. His office has state-of-the-art digital equipment designed to provide patient comfort and rapid turnaround for most procedures. They have an in-house digital lab that gives them great quality control with excellent precision.
He speaks fluent English and communication is never a problem. I happily recommend him. I' looking forward to his care in the future.

If you want a true quality one of a kind dental experience I highly recommend DSS Dr.Castellanos!
I needed extensive dental work done (root canal , bridges , crowns , veneers) and started searching for alternatives in Mexico.
I searched the internet as far as Guadalajara reaching out to several clinics. I found DSS Dr.Castellanos and had a consultation over the phone, we spoke in depth of my concerns and needs, he provided informative options both cosmetic and economic so that I can make the best informed decisions for my care. There was no pressure to book and it was so stress free. My five visits with Dr.Castellanos were pleasant, caring, easy going and un rushed. He often took the time to provide patient education, reassurance, answer question and discuss treatments. (I have to add, he also found an infection that was difficult to see in X-ray that went unnoticed with my home dentist. When they opened, I could smell the infection.) Hes truly talented and uses the latest technology. It was a one of a kind quality experience so much so that my father has also had serious dental surgery with him and Dr. Castellanos is now our family dentist. The clinic is welcoming, staff are pleasant and make you feel at home.
I am in love with my smile!! I smile big for pictures again! (And personally truly happy I was able to AFFORD it!)

I've been treated by Dr. Castellanos for years and can't say enough about his care. He is extremely knowledgeable, conscientious, and thorough. His work is impeccable! I had extensive work done over the years and way better care than I received in the states and much more affordable.
The trip from the states can seem daunting but dont let it scare you. Ive tried several different ways but the simplest and least expensive way is to fly into San Diego International, take the free city bus to the Santa Fe Trolly station, purchase a $2.50 Trolly pass to the San Ysidro border crossing, walk across the border and down the main street to the Park Easy garage where youll meet the taxi they have arranged that will take you to and from the office for $10. Take the trolly back to the Santa Fe station and catch the city bus back to the airport for $4. The entire ground transportation cost $19. ($16.50 for seniors)
Dr. Catellanoss level of care, personal attention and reassuring demeanor is well worth the time and effort. You absolutely won't regret it!

Explica a detalle los procedimientos a realizar y siempre es muy honesto y transparente. Cuida mucho a sus pacientes y busca hacerte sentir lo ms cmodo posible. Hasta el momento no he tenido ningn problema con ninguno de los procedimientos que me ha realizado. Todo lo contrario. Me siento muy satisfecha. Y otra cosa. Siempre est muy al pendiente de sus pacientes en el caso de que se presente alguna duda o alguna situacin despus de haberlo visitado y te ayuda a encontrar solucin. Manejo poco ms de dos horas para llegar a su consultorio. Pero vale totalmente la pena. Sin duda, el mejor.
