Its been 30 days since we sent our letter of demand Just a gentle reminder that you have yet to pay for handi helper movers invoices. We have sent a letter of demand 30 days ago today and have not recieved payment or even a call back. So the next step will begin. if you are a contractor or plan to do business with pacifica i.d strongly suggest getting everything in writing like i did. And then ask to be paid prior to any gig do not submit labor without up front payment!!!!!!!! We will be leaving messages with all executives we can obtain numbers for and will continue to do so untill u pay us

My mom was at Pacifica Senior Living in Merced Ca. They staff was great! However, when my mom died I'm still waiting for my refund (3.5 months). I took tried to call the San Diego office. I got a machine. I could not talk to anyone even when I asked for a supervisor several times. I guess it's time to contact an attorney.
The facility is great. Whoever runs it will run it into the ground if this is how they handle their customer service.

Pacifica Residential does not care about their residents.
Disregard for Residents: Parent Company Neglect at Willow Brooke
As a resident of Willow Brooke, it pains me to highlight the pervasive neglect exhibited by the parent company overseeing the property. Despite numerous attempts through emails and phone calls to address concerns, it is evident that the parent company fails to prioritize the well-being and satisfaction of its residents or monitor the management practices of its leasing offices.
Maintenance issues persist due to delayed responses and inadequate resolutions, leading to recurring problems with faulty equipment, AC malfunctions, and unsanitary sewer draining issues. These issues, compounded by the parent company's lack of responsiveness, underscore a systemic disregard for resident welfare.
The indifference displayed by the parent company towards the management of its properties is concerning and unacceptable. Despite being made aware of ongoing issues, there has been no discernible effort to improve the situation or ensure that the leasing office operates in the best interest of its residents.
While Mr. Robert, the maintenance manager, deserves commendation for his efforts, his dedication is overshadowed by the overarching neglect from the parent company. Urgent action is needed to address these shortcomings and prioritize the needs of residents at Willow Brooke.

I, like the 2 previous reviews, have difficulty getting a refund. I had a parent at Pacifica Bonita until August 4, 2023, at which time we moved her. The room was cleaned and vacated August 7, 2023. A refund check for overpaid services in the amount of $1,216.77 was received on September 8, 2023 and attempted to be deposited twice, Sep 10 and Sep 14. Each time the deposit was declined by the bank, which marked the check as REFER TO MAKER, indicating an issue funding the check by the originating party, Pacifica Bonita LP. The bank instructe me to request a new check from the issuer. I have sent multiple emails and made several phone calls to Pacifica Bonita over the past 3 months, to which I have received no response. I don't believe the local facility has any influence over the corporate office, which appears to have outsourced the financial managment. Please re-issue the check and fund the amount as stated above.
