American Addiction Centers is an amazing company to work for. The staff and the working environment are great. Ive learned so much while working here. Im proud of the work that we do to help those struggling with mental health and substance abuse problems. I really do value the company mission to help those in need and their loved ones.

Hey let me tell you something, this place is amazing. They helped me with my addiction to the max. The nurses station was full of fun crazy people. I also enjoyed working with other staff as well. Hat off to Laguna center. Additionally, the after care program is amazing.

This is homebase for the digital side of American Addiction Centers (AAC). This is talented, dedicated and innovative group of professionals that work hard to help people all over the country. We all have our own stories that brought us here. I am excited and motivated to come to work with this team everyday. We work closely with AAC teams across the country to provide addiction treatment and ongoing support to thousands. I feel that my work has meaning because of the opportunities here.

I am very dissatisfied with the service that we are receiving this time from the American Addiction Centers. Prior to coming we receiving numerous calls but now I realize it was about getting the money. We dealt with Shawna who called me non stop and even stated if my husband is not happy he could transfer to the location he went to before which was Greenhouse in TX. He is currently at Desert Hope in NV. Now that he is there and they have the money this is DAY 3 with not a single call back from Shawna. Treatment will only work if both parties have chemistry. It is shameful that prior to admittance I received numerous daily phone calls not am getting the run around. I will definitely be informing the insurance company of what is going on. All my husband wants is to be transferred to the facility he had success with before (Greenhope TX).
