Google reviews are a joke! Had a 4.6 needed 10 five star reviews to get it back to a 4.7 got it back and 1 five star review brought it back to a 4.6? Im not a mathematician but that doesnt make sense.

Is leaving a one star review the best way to get somebody to read the review?
One star reviews are the best ones and to read are the most hilarious ones often. Its like my favorite thing to do when Im bored I thought about writing a book, but the book would be so big because the reviews just go on and on, millions of them, I could easily fill a huge, ginormous book.
Who came up with the star rating? Because if you think back to kindergarten, that was the last time you got stars, gold at that, for doing a good job. Why are the stars not rainbow colored? Your whole review process as garbage. Theres no directions that say a one star is negative, how about you either get a star or you got no stars? Because the majority of people that have given me stars they either give five stars or one star. Im wondering why I dont have a mixed bag of reviews, they are all either one or five. But regardless, I give everybody the same service I try to give them not poor service, and not a great service I stride to get all three star reviews but I have none.
Theres a need to come up with something better.. I am also a business owner, and I believe I have been damaged by retaliatory reviews. I can leave negative reviews for other businesses who I have had an unpleasant experience with and then that business can see who left a review said bad review and then go to that persons page see that I own my own business and also leave a negative review for me even if its false.
Then me as a business owner. I have no say I can report it but if the other person doesnt have any proof that it actually happened and Im saying it didnt happen to review stays up.
Like I have this one star rating, where I had to evict a person from my personal property, and they gave my business a one star. Of course they hate me. I had to evict them through the court system. But that has nothing to do with my business. But still they were allowed to leave that one star and I cant get rid of it.
Im thinking you guys should look over to the Better Business Bureau for a better reporting than a star rating you should just do away with the stars theyre dumb. Oh, you know what would be cool little smiley faces
I recently had an irate customer, he was furious, he wouldnt even let me speak to him, he was just yelled and cursed at me the whole time he was picking up his vehicle, it was really a misunderstanding on his part, though through the complaint process with the Better Business Bureau, he was able to see. That I didnt try to take advantage of him but actually I was helping him. Anyway, after that was all said and done, the customer withdrew his negative review and came in and apologized to me.
Also, while Im at it writing this review, I tried to contact Google several times over the last several years because your Google maps app, needs improvement. Also its like set up for people that are right handed, but if youre left-handed, theres no options to move the icons around for ease of access.
Its like you guys have all these smart people that work for you oh wait, do you know what would be a really good idea?
You should have a Google team that works on solving problems and coming up with solutions on all these reviews that you have. Just think you dont even need to take anybodys information or pay for it because theyre giving it to you right here on all these apps for free, but are you seeing it?
