The UPS Store Corporate Headquarters

Computer shipped and packed by UPS store with no label indicating fragile or ship with care, dropped and damaged, cat and mouse games with claims dept. Never again will I use UPS.

If only I could rate 0 star I would! This company allows their store to charge the customer to print a shipping label which already been paid! What in the world is that? You guys doesnt make sense double dipping from your customer?

Would be nice to talk to someone in the higher up than your customer service people. When press 1 for English would love to speak with someone that speaks proper English. Also youre drivers on dirt roads need to learn to slow the hell down especially when there are a lot of signs that say children at play Ive tried calling to talk to someone and no one cares. Would love the matter taken care of before a child gets killed because your drivers are clueless and dont know how to slow the hell down and pay attention going 50mph down a dead end dirt road with hills is uncalled for. If someone or a child was walking by the hill all your drivers would have hit kids or adults walking please talk to your drivers about proper driving skills driver is in the Pine River MN area

Fix your automated customer service. It does not recognize basic tasks. There isn't an option to contact a real person. It can't even listen to a tracking number correctly. By far the worst automated system possible

Went to Carlsbad store on El Camino Real to make a copy, first off woman behind counter was rude, secondly it cost me $400 for two copies, that I did myself, I usually only pay 25cents at the one on Aveita Encitas and the one on Avairy by Vons, why is this one different.,I will never do business with any UPS store again,
