I work here and its pretty nice place, isolated but equpped with all facilities like cafe, gym, some indoor games (Table tennis, fuseball). Very nice company and colleagues, very good place to work.

I participated in a super disrespectful selection process at the company today, in Brazil, in Alphaville, HR analyst Vanessa Souza was completely stressed with her work and her dissatisfaction with the place was clear, 5 minutes into the interview she commented to me that the company had been sold to the competitor, I was recommended by the company B2finance, I received poor service from Vanessa, during the interview she left me alone in the room, she went to walk, drink water, go to the bathroom, and the interview didn't last 5 minutes, she said that the person who is She wants to leave the company (as she needs to hire a handyman) and after I informed her that she hadn't interviewed me previously, she simply kicked me out, on a rainy day, I wasted gas. Honestly, you need to be professional, a person who does recruitment looks for the right candidate for the right vacancy and does not simply print CVs and request the presence of the person without pre-selection, I went through a ridiculous and humiliating scene, she is a good professional and only has empathy on LinkedIn.
