From concept to completion, my experience with Builders Now has been nothing short of outstanding. About a year ago, they undertook a 6-month transformative remodel of my 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo, and the end result exceeded all my expectations. I didnt have the luxury of moving into temporary housing because I own 2 senior dogs (ages 12 and 15) and 2 cats, all of whom needed special care throughout the project. I lived at the work site the entire time, taking care of animals and working from home as a software developer. Despite these challenges, the experience was overwhelmingly positive. Here's why:

The project kicked off in October with an in-depth consultation and ended in April, exactly in line with the projected timeline. Chris, the Project Manager, presented a clearly structured schedule, marking key milestones and deliverables. What stood out was the teams agility in processing change orders. These potential hiccups were managed so efficiently that they never derailed the timeline.
Unparalleled Communication:
Builders Now employs a state-of-the-art project management system that allowed for real-time updates. Every phase, down to the smallest detail, was documented and communicated. I received frequent emails that were informative but never excessive. The transparency was refreshing, eliminating any anxiety I thought I would have during a project like this.
Design & Implementation:
Basak from Heart & Stone Interior Design Studio truly excelled in translating my initial, somewhat vague ideas into a cohesive and stunning design. The kitchen transformation stands as a testament to her expertise; it has evolved into an inviting, open space that enhances the overall flow of my home. She managed to merge form and function seamlessly, creating an environment that's not only visually appealing but also highly practical. From material selections to spatial arrangements, every design choice was made with a meticulous eye for detail, resulting in a living space that feels both sophisticated and welcoming.
Workmanship:
Simon, the Director of Construction, and Gaylin, the Foreman, managed the build phase with precision and attention to detail. When faced with unexpected challenges like having to adjust wall placements due to minor design changes, they navigated these effectively. Gaylin excelled in the electrical work, meeting all my custom requests for advanced features, such as smart-home compatible outlets. A particular highlight was the installation of a high-tech toilet and bidet, which required setting up an entirely new electrical circuit and wall outlet. This wasn't just an installation; it felt like an upgrade to the overall quality of my living space.
Crew Professionalism:
What set this team apart was their blend of expertise and approachability. Everyone was punctual, well-organized, and masters of their craft. Their confidence was reassuring and made for a smooth project journey from start to finish. I especially enjoyed the team's down-to-earth approach. They struck the right balance between maintaining professional integrity and avoiding an overly corporate atmosphere. This made for a collaborative and enjoyable work environment.
Overall Experience:
It was more than just a renovation; it was a well-coordinated transformation of my living space that went as smoothly as possible. The team struck a great balance between being professional and approachable, making it feel more like a collaborative project than a contracted job. I highly recommend Builders Now and will definitely consider them for any future projects.

Builders Now did a great job on our studio remodel project.Our big things about finding a contractor were timeline and budget and finding someone we felt that could work well with.
Chris was great and kept the project on timeline and there was good communication via the app (which was cool and kept track of all conversations), phone call, or text, and email, really anyway that worked for us at the time.
Simon & Gaylin, Production Team, came over before we started to get an understanding of what we wanted, provided us professional recommendations in alignment with what we were looking for.
The Builders Now Team was friendly, personable, easy to work with, very knowledgable and we would use Builders Now again in the future!

The original kitchen was built in 1960. It was never remodeled for many years before I am the first owner who decided to remodel the new bright kitchen. All original cabinets were demolished, and new bright cabinets are installed and look awesome.
I really liked the online scheduling that updated me about changes to the project timeline.
I have an HOA that Chris worked with to ensure all requirements were met.
Builders Now corrected any minor issues with trades promptly.
Countertops look lovely.
Overall I am very satisfied with using Builders Now and the quality of the work.

I used BuildersNow for my condo remodel. Chris and the BuildersNow team were fantastic! I was very pleased with the quality of work. Chris was very responsive to all of my questions. Their system, Co-Construct, made it easy to track the schedule, see change request details and make payments. I would use BuildersNow again and highly recommend them to others looking to remodel.

Chris at Builders Now are the first words out of my mouth whenever one of my friends mentions a remodel. He isn't just a guy I know that does remodels, he is THE guy who does THE best remodels. I worked with two other GC's before working with Chris and what they say about the industry is true; archaic technology, opaque pricing and endless price additions. Chris is the exact opposite: his high-tech scheduling and estimating are directly on his website and as clear as it gets, I would describe his estimates as collaborations, in contrast to the dictations I got with my last GC's pricing. Lastly, His estimates are dead accurate, we finished the project within $4,000 of the first estimate. Thanks again Chris, can't recommend you enough!
