My father originally came in contact with Richard and his entire Ohana yeeeears ago when we had a leak in our kitchen. Since than, New Life has added 2 more rooms to my home. Re-did one of the walls after someone drove their vehicle in to it, and extended my kitchen. So needless to say we have been in business with New Life for many many years. Richard will put you in contact with a designer, architect, etc if needed. He will also have all permits or license taken care of for you. Any questions or concerns you ever have they are there to explain and/or provide their professional opinions. Any subcontractors he works with he remains involved to ensure their work stays up to New Life standards.Overrall we have gained an Ohana through the whole crew of New Life Construction, even our Shannon within the office, holding down the fort.

I have known and worked with Richard Cruz and his crew, Jody, Don for years...never have I met a more honest group of quality guys...that do just fabulous work.......

I really enjoyed working with Richard (the founder of New Life Construction) in remodeling my parents 1950s house. He was somehow able to transform a dark, cramped, worn out space into something that looks like a showcase. He instinctively knew where to lift ceilings, reroute air ducts and take out walls to create an open, airy, and modern look. His workers (many of them have worked there for years) were incredibly polite and trustworthy. I couldnt believe how tidy and clean they always left the site. Richard always kept the project moving in a positive direction, gave me honest feedback and was sensitive to my budget. His right-hand man and Project Manager, Junior, was on-point and super responsive. The end-result is stunning, and I am getting compliments all the time. Best of all, Richard, Junior and team made the whole experience very easy for me. I was referred to NLC from a friend and never had to worry about handing over the house. These are high quality people who have incredible integrity and they produce beautiful workmanship. I would highly recommend New Life Construction to anyone.
