We worked with Robin (not by choice - our landlord contracted him) for a few years. The work performed was laughable. Robin is a nice guy, but overall him and his team are incompetent. Here is a list of top issues followed by details of each. 1) Each repair required multiple trips to correct issues from the shoddy work 2) completely unprofessional conduct 3) personal property went missing twice after two visits from Robin's team 1 - multiple times Robin would have his team repair or fix something, only to cause another problem and have to fix that. One time, they replaced a sink pipe and had to come back because they glued the opening closed... Another time a dryer was "fixed" and they had to return after tearing the duct and just leaving it. We ended up just getting a new dryer after they "fixed" the old one. I have many, many more examples of required repeated visits - often causing the issue to get repaired over the course of a week instead of a day. As a business owner this is just a huge waste. 2 - robin and his gang has a dog (which they now have 3). They would bring the dogs to the site and let them roam freely. I don't have a problem with dogs, but robin would allow the dogs to come into our dwelling without asking for permission. They would also leave huge messes behind after their work along with being very unresponsive after leaving a job half finished. 3 - twice after robins team came to our property, items went missing. Clothes, food, a bicycle. We don't know for sure who it was, but let's just say there is a correlation, not a causation. If you are looking for cheap and fast, Robin and his team is your guy. If you want professional and high quality, then you are in for a loop of frustration. After complaining to our landlord enough, he did end up "firing" robin - but it was a frustrating and a laughable experience to watch what seemed like the three stooges install light bulbs.
