Creek Stone Resurfacing

I wish I could give them zero stars. We had our beautiful remodeled vacation home old cement floor resurfaced by Ryan and his company, Creek Stone. What a disaster!!! The floor looked ok with only a few imperfections but after only a few months it started to peel. They came back and patched it and used wrong sheen. After countless phone calls and emails we asked for partial refund which he offered $2000. We asked for $6000. Original Cost was $10,000. He refused. We ended up with no $ at all. We now have beautiful luxury vinyl planking from another company in San Diego. Ended up paying $14,000 but we can now be happy to open the door and see a beautiful home.

Contacted Creek Stone with an urgent job, Ryan called back immediately, gave us a quote and was able to squeeze the job in to meet our deadline, awesome. the work was completed on time and it looks great, will definitely use them again and again, I highly recommend Creek Stone, from customer service to getting the job done, professional.

Ryan and his team were fantastic! They were extremely responsive and provided updates throughout the project. The results were beyond what I expected! Our hard scape has been transformed. I would definitely use Creekstone again.
