I had some terrible experiences before with computer repair centers. That is why I was confused whether SD IT Services would provide me with quality service. They proved me wrong. Their support desk was very helpful. They have knowledgeable technicians who were able to find a solution to my laptop's problem. Service charges are very reasonable. The following day, my laptop was ready. Highly Recommended.

SD IT Service provides excellent services! In the past few days, my computer has been running slowly, and it was getting worse day by day. After Alex diagnosed my computer and suggested upgrading my hard drive, I had my old HDD replaced with a solid state drive. Also, he helped me remove spyware from my computer, so I now have a much faster machine!

I had been having trouble with my old laptop. I reached out to SD IT Service for assistance. Alex spent time checking my laptop & informed me that the problem was none other than a Windows OS error. I could have gotten ripped off, but he chose honesty instead. The talented and dedicated staff at SD IT Service are very reliable and will get the job done no matter what. They work as a team to identify the appropriate person to solve a problem, and are willing to escalate to expedite a solution. Their support staff respond quickly to all of our requests and remain in regular contact until the issue is resolved. I have referred them to a variety of business associations and will continue to do so.
