Outstanding service. Very happy how Steve handled our issues with a nasty ransowmware that infected our receptionist PC. Luckily we did not lose anything important, and learned our lesson - we need to be more careful and better protected. Highly recommend using their services!

First and most important.... YOU GUYS ROCK!! If you have any problems or need help with anything when it comes to your computer, or in my case a completely obliterated flash drive that is completely fried, then these are the guys to go to! They did such a great job with my issue, working so hard on it and in the end I was able to retrieve all my files and information off of my flash drive successfully. All my worry was gone thanks to them. They were amazing! If you really want to help out a great local business then go to Caltech Advantage because you're going to get such great customer service and meet some really down to earth guys who really know what they are talking about. Thanks again!

They got my data from my laptop without any problems. They also gave me advice on how what ti do with my old computer. They are very patient, friendly, and genuinely want to help you with your problem. Excellent prices as well!

Great customer service! I engaged Caltech Advantage for help with an at networking issue at my office. They were very accommodating and came by that same day. They quickly solved the problem. Super friendly-- highly recommend!
