I know we will get you into the right situation for you and your family that allows for the lifestyle you want while having your mortgage significantly reduced by the tenants!Like I mentioned, many of my clients who purchased VA were able to move out eventually and keep the property as a rental and were able to use the equity gained to purchase their "long term" home.
