STAY AWAY FROM THIS INCOMPETENT, UNPROFESSIONAL, DISHONEST, CROOKED, NO SHOW sham of a company! Scheduled a service call and the tech didn't show up, said he needed to order a part. When he finally showed up(weeks later), said he brought the wrong part. Re-scheduled the call again, and no one showed. Re-scheduled again and again didn't show. When we expressed out dissatisfaction with the lack of response , we received an email the next day stating that they will refund us the cost of the part(prepaid) and its been over a week still no refund and no response from the company. Save your money and aggravation and stay away from these LIARS/CROOKS/THEIFS!

Do not do business with this company!!! They are 100% dishonest!!! They took my money and did not fulfill their contract and then just cut off all communication with me. I cannot stress enough, DO NOT do business with this company!!! I am currently looking into taking them to Small Claims Court.

THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSE I'VE EVER DEALT WITH IN MY LIFE. I'VE BEEN TRYING TO GET A RESOLUTION FROM THEM REGARDING A $700 CREDIT THEY OWE US FOR A CHARGE THEY WERE NOT EVEN AUTHORIZED TO CHARGE!!! THIS HAS GONE ON FOR ALMOST TWO MONTHS NOW. NOBODY RESPONSES TO MY VOICE MESSAGES. I'VE SPOKE WITH JESSIE, VALERIE, AND RICHARD...NONE HAVE CALLED ME BACK. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!
