JAN-PRO Commercial Cleaning in San Diego

I hired Jan-Pro of San Diego over two years ago to clean our commercial office space. Over the past two years, they have consistently done a great job of keeping our office clean, and meeting our cleaning/disinfecting needs. Since the onset of COVID-19, we have had three or four cases of COVID-19 occur within properties we manage. Each time we had this occur, I contacted Rick Canales at Jan-Pro, to request their deep-cleaning Enviroshield disinfection be done to disinfect the property. Rick has always been quick to respond and send out a crew to take care of the issue. In today's workplace, it is challenging to find a cleaning company who takes pride in their work, and is so responsive! Kudos to Jan-Pro of San Diego and its employees.

They do a decent job, I would not say 5 start, because there are times that we get in on a Monday and the floors do not look touched. The counters always look cleaned and trash gets taken out.

I get constant unsolicitated emails from Jan Pro San Diego asking if I am open to a quote. See below. This is SPAM and I never signed up for this, nor have I ever called or used Jan Pro in my life. At this point, it's probably been over 50 total emails. Each time I block and mark it as spam, but then it comes from a different gmail address the next week. Here is the email: I am checking in to see if you are open to receiving a Cleaning Service Quote. Let me know if you are interested and we can set up a time and do a walk-through of your facility and provide you with an estimate. 1. Frequency of Cleaning 2. Approximate Square Footage Best Regards, -- Whether this works or not, it's poor etiquette for a business that should act professionally. -- Note to your marketing dept. The following is not being followed: Opt-Out Method The first requirement of the CAN-SPAM Act is that recipients must have a way of opting out of your messages. An opt-out can be as easy as an unsubscribe link. Or you can ask the recipient to email you back for email list removal. Whatever the opt-out method is, it must notify the recipient that there is something they can do if they dont want to receive messages from you.
