Never coming here again. There were 2 employees  here.  Both did not have the courtesy to bring the order that was ready to pickup section. They left it near the oven and made us wait.The  male employee kept looking our way with a silly smirk on his face. He was idle and just kept staring into space.  My guess he knew it was our order since we were THE ONLY customers there waiting and nobody was even in the line ordering.Now I know why there were no customers, do not go this location. They don't care about customer  satisfaction.I got my cold food only after I had done enough waiting and asked one of them if they had received my order.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ETA: This happened  3 mos back. Keeping a spray bottle labelled restroom cleaner, with liquid in it at the prep area and then preparing a below average beverage was what I was not looking forward to today!Customers, keep an eye on the prep area when you walk into the store, you don't want to have restroom cleaner liquid in your beverage.

I always have a good experience! Good customer service and quality. Great place to study as well, and if it gets crowded, there are plenty of spots outside!
