        Two days in a row ordered the Nutella Latte. The first day got it hot it was the smoothest most decadent latte I've ever had. The second day got it cold was also bursting with flavor. Highly recommend either way.

        The service is so bad. You will wait forever. Or they stay in the back while customers wait at the register. I had the most amazing coffee the first time, then every drink after that I threw out after 1 sip. They have 1 good barista. The rest are rude and dismissive. Everything is unorganized and haphazard. Wish I could love it more.

      im sorry you feel that way. but all our baristas are professional the drinks are always the same we never change it. We are a busy establishment people wait in the line any busy business would be the same way. Our costumer service is the best among coffee shops. We welcomed you when you walked in, we asked how’s your day, we took your order when it was your turn. Drink won’t take more than 2 minutes to be ready unless there are 30 drinks before yours. If you can’t wait for your turn then I guess there’s nothing there for us to do because we don’t skip other people’s drink we take drink out by order. Thanks for your feedback anyways.
