        Great coffee, atmosphere is subpar with the locals thinking they own the place. The food is good. Needs better parking. The service is above average even when they have to put up with the Starbuckesque locals.

        We ordered chai tea latte and 2 croissants and payed 15% tip, waited almost half an hour and no one gave us croissant until we asked- they completely forgot us! The croissant were still cold although we requested warm ones. The service is terrible, basically no service at all. The chai tea latte is also super sweet. Not recommended or come again.
