        I bought jeans online a couple of years ago but just opened the plastic bag last month. The 31 waist jeans were mistagged and actually 40+! My bad for not opening it upon receipt but as a customer for the past ten years+ I assumed an exchange of the obviously brand new jeans for the CORRECT SIZE wouldn't be an issue. Wrong. No more money spent at Lucky's

        Staff is so rude especially the manager, lady with blonde hair. Immediately gave me attitude the second I asked a question. I have been a customer for years and have never experienced an employee like her.
