Ordered an item a week ago and paid extra for 2nd day shipping. Still have not received my item that I ordered for my graduation. I decided to order from them because their website says many of our items can be RUSH produced in as little as one day. If you need your order quickly, NO DO NOT order from this company. Their customer service is also horrible. They pride themselves on customer satisfaction but there is no number to contact them and they barely respond to emails. I am extremely disappointed and wasnt able to use the item I wanted to for my graduation. I would stay far away from this company especially if you need your order anytime soon.
