        My wife and I came into the 1234 Yonge St. Store today looking for a pair of running shoes for each of us.I have nothing but good things to say about the experience. It is a given that New Balance running shoes are good quality, comfortable and well constructed. I've been wearing New Balance sneakers for years and years. But aside from that, I especially feel that I must tell you about the employee, John. He was very pleasant, very knowledgeable and had infinite patience. I ask a lot of questions. He was more than happy to answer them all. I tried on a lot of different pairs of shoes; he was always happy to run back and forth to the stock room to bring new shoes. John never pressured us into buying anything but was always pleasant, informative and ready to take care of our needs.
