        They are horrible there & I will never purchase from them . They are cheap & did not want to package my bag or even put ribbons & I even talked to the manager and she was also like the rest of the people. This is the Chanel La Jolla UTC boutique and there is a woman named Lorianne I believe with sunglasses & she is the most horrible human being I have ever met . They just cheapened their brand . & I have no love for them . I will give them negative 0 reviews. Sadaf

        Awful service and support. The sales staff seemed disinterested and poorly educated on the products in the store. They seemed unhappy and the overall vibe in the store was far from friendly let alone beautiful or glamorous. Time for Chanel to rethink retail at flag stores.
